Texas License to Carry (LTC) Shooting Qualification Only

Texas LTC Shooting Qualification (2 hours, range fee included)

Have you completed the classroom portion of your Texas License to Carry online, and only need a certified Texas LTC Instructor to complete the range safety and proficiency qualification? ATX Bullseye Training can assist you in completing your LTC shooting qualification!

Your online course provider will provide you with a partially completed LTC-101 form, which you must bring to the shooting qualification for the LTC Instructor to complete the proficiency portion of the form once you have completed the shooting qualification.

Required equipment:

• Pistol – semi-automatic or revolver
  Please bring a pistol in excellent working condition that you know how to operate.
  
• 50 rounds of factory ammunition
• Eye protection
  Your safety is of utmost importance to us! Please ensure your eyewear is rated for shooting. The current safety standard for shooting glasses is the ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2020. Sunglasses that are not ANSI-rated are not sufficient.
  
• Hearing protection
  Ensure your hearing protection is rated for shooting.
  
• LTC-101 form

Although the qualification is straightforward, your LTC instructor administering the proficiency test is not allowed to provide help or instruction during the test. No make-up shots are allowed, and unsafe gun handling will result in immediately failing the test. If you are unsure of your safe gun handling skills, ATX Bull's Eye Training recommends you work with an instructor before scheduling your LTC Shooting Qualification. The LTC class assumes you already know how to use your pistol and adhere to safe gun handling at all times.
